With this in mind, our Titan system has been designed upon an array of innovative features to provide consistent and intuitive operation to the end-user whilst accommodating installers with a more efficient fitting process.

Quick Fix Pin

Thanks to intuitive ‘quick fix’ technology, gone are the days of struggling to balance door panels while uneasily lining up traditional hinge pin threads with carrier and top pivot sets. With such tricky assembly reduced into one instant intuitive action, installation can now be easily achieved by just one installer.

The innovative Quick Fix Pin makes fitting panels onto the frame as simple as inserting the pin into the carrier slot and leaving the rest to the mechanism to instantly ‘click’ and hold the pin into place; with no need to secure with countless screwdriver rotations.

Simple One ‘CLICK’ To Install

Gone are the days of installers enduring the challenging mission of painstakingly lining up the threads of traditional hinge pins precisely with the carrier or top pivot sets. With an innovative ball bearings catch and release requiring just one user to activate, fitting panels onto the frame with the pin’s ‘Quick Fix’ system is now as simple as inserting the pin into the carrier slot and leaving the rest to the intuitive mechanism to instantly ‘click’ and hold the pin perfectly into place!

Position pin and align with the pivot slot. Push pin into top pivot or carrier, the ‘quick fix’ mechanism will instantly hold the pin in place.

By removing the plastic cover cap and pulling the release pin down, the ball bearings are disengaged so the pin can be pulled out.

Quick and Easy Adjustment

Building tolerances can be accommodated via super fine adjustment to ensure a perfect performing system. Featuring a large adjustment scope via the top pivot, bottom pivot guide and Quick Fix Pins, The Titan Bi-Fold System accommodates uneven building tolerances by enabling super fine adjustments to ensure a long lasting and perfect performing system. Adjustment is a simple process that can be achieved by even the homeowner via a 6mm and 10mm allen key and phillips head screwdriver.

Unique Locking System with Retractable Key

From scratched and dented panels to bent, snapped and broken keys – the consequence of opening Bi-Fold doors with the key carelessly left inside the door can be disastrous. With this ‘key’ issue persistently inhibiting the relaxed and carefree style of living Bi-Folds create, The Titan Twin-Point Handle at last allows panels to compress flawlessly with no hindrance from locking hardware.

When the handle is operated, a clever and intuitive self-retracting lock system is activated. As the door is unlocked and opened to fold the doors, the lever is lightly raised by the user and turned 45° clockwise. Instantly, the cylinder retracts; encasing the key 10mm within the handle body to comfortably nest between the panels.
