Bespoke Manufacture is for repeatable commercial products where design, tooling, material, process, quality and supply all have to work together. A successful outcome is not just a working prototype, but a product that can be manufactured reliably.
Sometimes the best answer is an adaptation of an existing CiiLOCK technology. Sometimes it is a new mechanism. The project begins with the requirement rather than an assumed solution.

Tool repeatability, assembly sequence, inspection, material consistency and process control are different questions from whether a prototype functions once. Pilot production is where those manufacturing questions become visible.
